Pre-Purchase Considerations

 

Below you will find answers to many frequently asked questions typically asked when considering our tables for music programs or community choirs. We recommend reviewing the “Questions to ask yourself”section before delving into the details of each of our tables offered.

     Questions to ask yourself:

  • Who has to handle your tbales most often?
  • How often do your tables need to be moved to a different location?
  • Where do they have to be carried or how will you need to move them?
  • Where or how are they going to be stored?
  • Where will they be set-up most often?

     Facts to keep in mind:

  • 4 foot table accomodates 2 to 2.5 ringers per table
  • 6 foot table accomodates 3 to 3.5 ringers per table
  • 24in deep table is adequate for up to four octaves of bells
  • 30in deep table is best for bells in the fifth octave or above
  • 24in and 30in tables may be used together, only you will know
  • Many choirs use 4in foam for bass bells
  • All rack support styles are for use on all Peery Tables regardless of model

    Mini Handbell Table

    The Mini Handbell Table is the easiest to handle. Not only does this table offer ease of setup and tear down, it is also a complete all-in-one package with its attached foam and our exclusive self-store music rack & support system. Like all other Peery tables, the Mini is available in both 24in or 30in widths and features our individually adjustable legs. The Mini has a built-in nylon handle for ease of carrying.

    Petite Handbell Table

    The Petite Handbell Table is our best table for the on-the-go ringer. Not only does this table offer ease of set-up and tear down, it is also a complete all-in-one package with its attached foam and our exclusive self-store music rack & support system. What makes this table unique is its ability to fold in half, much like a suitcase. This feature offers the flexibility you need for frequent travel with your handbell table. Like all other Peery tables, the Petite can be either 24in or 30in wide and features our individually adjustable legs. The Petite has a built-in Nylon handle for ease of carrying.

    Studio Handbell Table

    If you want the convenience of the all-in-one solution 4FT Mini Handbell Table, but need more space, then the Studio Handbell Table is for you. It is also the table recommended for choirs who frequent recording studios. With minimal moving parts, there is no excess noise created during recording. As with all Peery Tables, the Studio comes complete with attached foam and muslin covering. It is available in both 24in or 30in widths and features our individually adjustable legs. The Studio has a built-in nylon handles for ease of carrying.

The Grand not only offers ease of set-up and tear-down; it is a complete package with its attached foam and features our exclusive ability to fold in half for easy storage and convenient on-the-go mobility. It is perhaps the best choice for the on-the-go bass bell ringer. The folding feature offers the flexibility you need for frequent travel with your handbell table.     Ultimate Handbell Table

    The Ultimate Handbell Table is certainly unique. The Ultimate offers a great balance between space flexibility and ease of storage. The Ultimate features attached foam and our exclusive folding wing design. Like all other Peery tables, the Ultimate is available in either a 24IN or 30IN width and features our individually adjustable legs for ease of setup on multi-level terrain, such as stairs. The legs offer little to no interference when setting up over obstacles, such as altar railing. The Ultimate has a built-in handle for ease of carrying.

    Rack Supports

    Aluminum Rack Supports hold your music up off the table surface, allowing for smaller table without losing playing surface. Three styles of Rack Supports are available: 

    ·   Regular – Recommended
    ·   Alternate – for people who have trouble seeing the music or wear bi-focals
    ·   Solo – keeps the solo ringer’s eyes on the bells.

    Carrying Cases

    Bags are made from rugged 1000 Denier Nylon Cordura, waterproofed by a urethane coating. Coil type zippers, designed for use on sports bags, extend around three sides of each Protector to facilitate getting the table in and out easily. 1 1⁄2” Polypropylene webbing is used for carrying straps, when applicable. The Studio, Ultimate and Mini Protectors have shoulder straps. The Ultimate Protector comes with a Belly Band. The Petite Protector utilizes the handles on the table.
